How ordering works: you pay through Stripe’s secure checkout. After checkout, go to /ai-setup-intake (we also email you the link) and email us your answers to 12 short questions. Your kit is written after we receive them.
A personal AI starter kit, written for you and sent by email. No calls, no screen-sharing, no pressure.
You tell us a little about yourself on a short form. We send back a ready-to-use kit: prompts written for your everyday tasks, step-by-step setup instructions for one AI assistant, and a safety checklist. You work through it at your own pace.
This is not a live call. There are no video calls, phone calls, or remote-control sessions. Everything happens by form and email. If anyone says they are from AI Made Simple and asks to call you, control your computer, or take a payment over the phone, it is not us. Read our Stay Safe tips.

How it works
- Choose a kit and pay securely through Stripe. You will get a receipt by email.
- Answer 12 short questions (about 10 minutes). After checkout, go to the kit questions page (we also email you the link) and send your answers by email.
- Your kit is written by an AI assistant (Grok Bot) from your answers.
- Your kit is delivered automatically by email. Questions? Just reply. Follow-up help is by email only.
Your privacy and AI safety
- We only ask for what we need: your first name, email address, and general answers about your goals, devices, and comfort level.
- Please don't send private details. Never put passwords, bank or card numbers, Social Security numbers, or medical details in your answers or any email to us. If you do by mistake, we will delete them.
- Your kit is AI-generated. An AI assistant (Grok Bot) reads your order email and answers, writes your kit, and emails it to you automatically. It never sees your card details.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- We delete your answers 60 days after delivery, and keep only what we need for receipts, refunds, and tax records. Ask us any time to delete your information.
- We never sell your information or add you to a mailing list without asking.
- AI makes mistakes. Your kit shows you how to check answers. Always double-check anything important with an official source or a professional you trust.

Questions
Is there a phone or video call?
No. This service is entirely by form and email. That keeps it simple and lets you go at your own pace.
Do I need to buy an AI subscription?
No. Every kit is written for the free version of the assistant unless you tell us you already pay for one.
Which AI assistant should I pick?
If you are not sure, choose “not sure” on the form. We will recommend one and explain why.
Can I buy a kit for someone else?
Yes. Fill in the form with their answers, with their permission, and we will send the kit to the email address you give us.
Will you log in to my accounts or control my computer?
Never. We will never ask for your passwords or ask you to install remote-access software. If anyone asks for this in our name, it is a scam.
What if the guide doesn't match my screen?
AI apps change their menus often. Reply to your delivery email and describe what you see. Please don't send screenshots that show private information.
How long does it take?
Starter Kit: within 5 business days. Complete Kit: within 3 business days. The clock starts when we receive your answers to the kit questions.
Can I get a refund?
You can get a full refund before work starts, which means before we receive your answers to the kit questions. Kits are a digital product, so there are no refunds after delivery. Instead, for 14 days after delivery we will fix any errors, missing sections, or setup steps that don’t match the device or tool you told us about. See our Refund Policy.
Is this legal, medical, or financial advice?
No. Kits are general information, not legal, financial, or professional advice. For important decisions, talk to a qualified professional.
Are you connected to OpenAI, Anthropic, or xAI?
No. AI Made Simple is independent and earns nothing from any AI company.
