Terms of Service
These terms cover the paid “AI, set up for you” kits sold by AI Made Simple, run by Michael PD. By buying a kit, you agree to them. Questions? Email aimadesimple@mail.grokbot.com.
1. What you are buying
- A written, personal AI starter kit: a prompt pack, a setup guide for one AI assistant, and a safety checklist, as described on the offer page.
- Starter Kit ($29) and Complete Kit ($49) are one-time purchases in US dollars. There is no subscription.
- This is an email-only service. There are no phone calls, video calls, or remote-control sessions.
2. Kits are AI-generated and delivered automatically
- Your kit is written by an AI assistant (Grok Bot) using the answers you send us.
- Your kit is delivered automatically by email to the address you give us.
- AI can make mistakes. Menus and features in AI apps also change often. Please check anything important before relying on it, and tell us within 14 days of delivery if something is wrong so we can fix it (see our Refund Policy).
3. Your part
- After paying, send your answers to the intake questions by email from, or mentioning, the email address you used at checkout.
- Delivery times (Starter: 5 business days, Complete: 3 business days) start when we receive your answers.
- Do not send passwords, bank or card numbers, Social Security numbers, health details, or other people’s private information.
- If you buy a kit for someone else, make sure they agree to you sharing their answers.
4. General information only
- Kits and everything on this site are general information for education only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.
- For important decisions, talk to a qualified professional you trust.
- You decide how you use AI tools and anything they produce. Always review AI-written text before you send or publish it.
5. Third-party AI tools
- Kits explain how to use tools made by other companies, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok. We are not affiliated with these companies. Their own terms, prices, and privacy policies apply when you use them.
- We cannot guarantee that a third-party tool will be available, free, or unchanged.
6. Using your kit
Your kit is for your own personal or business use. Please do not resell or republish it.
7. Refunds
- Before work starts (before we receive your intake answers): you can cancel for a full refund.
- After delivery: no refunds. Kits are a digital product.
- Fixes for 14 days: within 14 days of delivery, we will fix errors, missing sections, or setup steps that don’t match the device or tool you told us about.

8. Limits of our responsibility
We provide kits “as is” and do our best to make them accurate and safe. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

How we collect and use your information is explained on our Privacy and Disclaimer page.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your order.
